Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
   - Due to health regulations, all sales of hair extensions are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

2. Exchange Policy
   - We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Therefore, we allow exchanges within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
     - The hair extensions must be in their original packaging.
     - The hair extensions must not show any signs of being worn. This includes but is not limited to:
       - Hair cannot be brushed.
       - Hair cannot be washed.
       - Hair cannot be fingered through.
       - Hair cannot be combed.
       - Hair cannot be cut.
       - Hair cannot be taken out of the bundle.

3. Exchange Process
   - To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at pictureperfecthair21@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to exchange.
   - Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item to us.
   - Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Inspection and Approval
   - Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange criteria. If the item shows any signs of being worn or does not meet our criteria, the exchange will not be processed, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

5. Processing the Exchange
   - If your exchange is approved, we will process the exchange and send you a replacement item. You will receive a notification once your new item has been shipped.

6. Non-Returnable Items
   - Please note that certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:
     - Custom orders
     - Clearance items
