Shipping policy


  1. Processing Time
    • All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
    • Please note: Processing time does not include vendor handling or shipping carrier delays outside of our control.
  2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
    • We offer flat rate shipping of $10.00 for all domestic orders within the United States.
    • Estimated delivery times range from 4–5 business days depending on your location.
  3. Shipping Carrier
    • We use UPS/FEDEX for all shipments to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  4. Order Tracking
    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier’s website.
  5. Vendor & Carrier Delays
    • Once your package has been handed to the carrier, Picture Perfect Hair is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (weather, holidays, high volume, etc.) or vendor handling times.
    • We will provide tracking updates as soon as they become available and assist you with following up with the carrier if needed.
  6. Damages and Issues
    • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  7. Lost or Stolen Packages
    • Picture Perfect Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking states “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
